OUR SERVICES
Blockunity is a cutting-edge platform dedicated to crypto market
analysis, trading, and portfolio tracking, which handles all the
necessary data flow for any type of crypto trader and investor profile.
It offers an intermediary service where you can connect all your wallets
and exchanges to our platform. We provide a screener to visualize the
cryptocurrencies, a strategy builder with backtesting, and a portfolio
overview with manual management. Blockunity can at any time and for no
reason modify or delete some features of the strategy builder. Moreover,
you agree that you are solely responsible for your actions, including
with no limitation setting and execution of the strategies.
Nevertheless, you can’t sell, swap and purchase cryptocurrencies on
Blockunity. Therefore, Blockunity does not provide investment, financial
or trading advice. You are responsible for your actions.
USER OBLIGATIONS
You confirm that:

Protection of personal data: You must comply with regulations on the
protection of personal data, in particular by providing accurate and
up-to-date information when registering for an online service, by
giving their consent to the processing of their data, and by
respecting the rights of the persons concerned. All information that
you provide to us will be true, complete, accurate and current. You

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
By using Blockunity, you agree to not do the following activities:

gifs or cookies. Using, developing or distributing automated tools
including without limitation : data mining, extraction tools, robots,
scripts. To transfer or sell your account and data to a third party.
To provide false, misleading or incomplete information to Blockunity.
To do unlawful activity on our Site. To retrieve content from
Blockunity without having written to us. To make advertising on the
Site. To compete with us for any revenue-generating endeavor or
commercial enterprise. To create an undue burden on the Site. To
interfere and attempt to modify the security-related features of
Blockunity. To harm or tarnish Blockunity. You are not allowed to
distribute content that is illegal, such as content that incites
hatred, terrorist content, defamatory content or pornographic content
involving minors, to promote fraudulent products or services.

Abuse others users: To harass, threaten, defame, rip off, extort,
intimidate, annoy, abuse, incite to racial intolerance or violent acts
against other users and employees of Blockunity. To collect and use
their information against them. You are not allowed to conduct
malicious activities, such as denial of service attacks, hacking
attempts, or any other activity intended to harm the platform or its
users, to violate the privacy of others, including by publishing
personal information without permission.

limitation: to delete the copyright or other proprietary rights

property rights of others, such as trademarks, patents or copyrights.

this agreement, you can do so at any time and for any reason by
canceling your access to our services. However, if we terminate this

you that our platform can have some interruptions because of some
internal or technical issues, or in a force majeure event. Cases of

of war, hostility, terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, rebellion or
blockade. Network, server, computer system or hardware failures, which
may result from a computer attack, power failure, fire. Decisions by
