What are the benefits of the different Tiers?: The higher your Tier, the more advanced features you would have access to in Blockunity. You will have fewer limitations and restrictions in using the application. You will also be able to benefit from a better governance power. As a Tier 4, you will enjoy more special attention from us as well as exclusive features that will be revealed later. You can find more indicative information (subject to change before the official launch of the platform) on the following page:
Do you improve the app continuously?: Minor and security updates are made continuously and integrated into the application after being validated by our team. New features are also regularly added!
I need help using the app, what should I do?: A helpdesk is integrated directly into the application, making it possible to contact our support and to have an efficient follow-up.
Can I change the language of the application?: You will soon be able to configure several application languages via the 'Settings' menu. For the moment only English is available. In the meantime, we can recommend you to use a translation extension directly in your web browser (example: the Google Translation extension).
How are the Screener cryptocurrencies chosen and added?: The crypto assets available in the Screener are initially chosen by the Blockunity team. Additions are made regularly via internal decision or on request of the community or our Tier 4 members.
Where can I see the list of cryptocurrencies integrated in the Screener?: The list of assets integrated in the Screener is available here:
How can I manage my personal data?: Your personal data can be edited in the 'Settings' menu of the application.
Is my personal data shared or communicated to third parties?: Your personal data are never shared with third parties, or used outside the scope of Blockunity's application or our communication processes.
